I am working with the California Association of Manufactured Home Owners to publish a “guide” to living in leased space parks. We are looking for a self-publishing company to help publish this guide for this niche market that consists of 350,000 homes in parks.
We would like to publish a 8 1/2″ by 11″ black and white, softcover format reference manual. Total word count is approximately 120,000. We require copy editing and cover art assistance.
